A Nigerian man has opened up about what led him to write a love letter while in secondary school.

However, after constant pressuring, his friend confessed that the girl eventually declined to date him.

Meanwhile, a decade later, he reconnected with the girl on Facebook and inquired why she declined his proposal.
In a surprising twist, the girl confessed that she initially accepted the proposal and instructed his friend to inform him of her consent.
Moreover, he realized why the girl and her friends burst into laughter on sighting him back in secondary school.
