Suge Knight Is “To Blame” For The Death Of 2Pac, According To A Retired LAPD Detective.

According to retired Los Angeles Police Department detective Greg Kading, “Suge Knight is to blame for the lack of progress in 2Pac’s murder probe”. Kading previously led an interagency task force investigating The Notorious B.I.G.’s death. In 2011, he published Murder Rap: The Untold Story of the Biggie Smalls and Tupac Shakur Murder Investigations.

Kading outlined to Rolling Stone on Tuesday how Knight’s lack of cooperation hampered the case.”If there’s anybody in the world to blame for this taking 27 years to solve, it’s Suge Knight,” he stated to the newspaper. “He knew who did it the moment it happened.” And when Las Vegas Police Department (LVPD) requested Suge to come in and sit down for an interview, all he had to say was, ‘They drew up alongside, I glanced right across the car, and I saw Keefe D in the front seat.’”

“That was all he had to say: ‘I saw Keefe D.’” he continued. That witness statement alone would have changed everything. Nobody else could have helped more than him, and he didn’t because his reputation was clearly more important than 2Pac’s life.”

After the arrest of Keefe D, Las Vegas police released an image of Suge Knight and 2Pac.

The remarks follow Knight’s recent admission that he does not intend to testify in the arrest of Keefe D. Last Monday, Las Vegas police arrested a former gang member in connection with the crime. In an interview with TMZ, Knight stated, “I wouldn’t be.” First and foremost, I’m not going to testify against someone for what? I’m not going, and I’m not going to testify. None of that nonsense.” Keep an eye out for developments on the inquiry into 2Pac’s death on 24Naijamuzic.
