A 43-year-old security guard, Alfred Omogege, has been arraigned before a Lagos Magistrate Court over allegations of burgling a shop at Balogun Market and carting away goods valued at N40M.
The charge sheet marked C/E/21/2026 was filed by the Commissioner of Police with Alfred Omogege as the defendant
According to the document, the alleged incident occurred on 28th April, 2026 at about 6:30pm at No. 8, Koseh Street, Balogun Market, Lagos State.

Count III states that the defendant and others at large allegedly stole women’s hair weavon valued at Forty Million Naira, property of Tianyi Miao Andy. The charge cites Section 287 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
