Kylie Jenner is embracing her “Oliver Twist” nature about her breasts.
The 29-year-old reality star has revealed again that she wants to make her breasts even bigger. “The Kardashians” star got her breasts done before she had her daughter, Stormi.
The confession came during a conversation with longtime friends Anastasia ‘Stassie’ Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel on the show “Better Half with Stas & Vic.” Kylie Jenner’s relationship with Karanikolaou and Villarroel goes way back to 2009.
Jenner made the revelation on the “Better Half with Stas & Vic” podcast, which was posted on August 26. Karanikolaou asked Jenner, “Should we talk about those fat juicy t-ts you got?”
During the conversation, Jenner admitted that she has been thinking about getting another breast augmentation and has repeatedly told her friends she wants to go bigger. Karanikolaou confirmed that Jenner has been talking about increasing the size for roughly a year. “I do want them bigger,” Jenner said.
She added that she wants them “bigger and more out there” before joking, “I want my t-ts to walk in before I do.” Villarroel said they were not surprised by the confession, while Karanikolaou described Jenner as having an “obsession with big tits.”
As seen in the YouTube episode of “Better Half with Stas & Vic,” Jenner was also asked whether she would actually do the breast augmentation before turning 30. The mother of two admitted that she would “probably not” have the surgery before her next birthday.
The Reality Star Has A New Cosmetic Plan
Jenner revealed another cosmetic plan that she hopes to experience before 30. She said she wants to get her belly button pierced. She specifically wants diamonds incorporated into the piercing, describing the idea as something she wants to experience. Karanikolaou said Jenner could have “a really sexy diamond from 14 karat” in her belly.
She also suggested that a low-rise style will suit Jenner. Her friends encouraged her decision to get a belly piercing. “She’s going to have the best,” Villarroel said.
Jenner’s comments came after her breast augmentation details became a viral topic. She previously revealed the size of her implants to be 445cc. But now she feels the 445cc implants are no longer enough for the look she wants.

4In June 2025, Jenner shared how her first breast augmentation was done. A TikTok user named Rachel Leary had asked Jenner how she achieved her breasts, describing them as a “perfect natural-looking boob job” that was still full, and said she wanted hers to look the same.
Leary asked Jenner to share what she had done, even if she did not reveal the surgeon’s name. Jenner answered the request herself in the comments, revealing that she had 445cc silicone implants with a moderate profile, placed half under the muscle.
She also named Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher, who previously performed Kris Jenner’s first facelift in 2011. PEOPLE reported that after Leary’s TikTok went viral, Jenner and Villarroel said on the podcast that Leary ended up getting a “free boob job” from Fisher.
Jenner had previously expressed regret about the surgery. During a 2023 episode of “The Kardashians,” she revealed that she had her “breasts done” before giving birth to Stormi, when she was 20 and had not expected to become a mother so young. Jenner said her breasts had been “perfect” naturally and admitted she wished she had never undergone the procedure in the first place.

4Looking back at her natural body, Jenner admitted she regretted the decision. “I had beautiful breasts, like natural tits. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything,” she said, adding that she would advise anyone considering the procedure to wait until after having children.
She said she would be “heartbroken” if her daughter wanted cosmetic surgery at a young age and wished she could do things differently. The TV personality’s breasts were also repeatedly the subject of rumors before she confirmed the augmentation.
In 2015, Jenner denied having breast implants and credited the Bombshell by Victoria’s Secret bra for her fuller appearance. She even changed into it to demonstrate the padding.
Jenner denied the surgery again in August 2016, saying her increased size was due to her period, then told followers that October that weight gain had changed her body and that she had considered implants before deciding against them.
Jenner also denied having buttock implants, explaining that she had gained weight from her teenage size of 120 pounds to around 136 pounds and said she liked her fuller figure, as shared by TODAY.

4Back in 2025, the Kylie Cosmetics founder spoke about the emotional toll that came with constant criticism of her body. She said the public did not give her and other women “enough empathy,” recalling how people compared her photos online and accused her of using drugs like Ozempic.
Beyond struggling with her body image, Jenner revealed that she experienced postpartum depression twice after welcoming her children. “I think, being pregnant, I wore sweatpants every day, I didn’t have time to figure out even some of the little things in my life, and then postpartum lasted a year,” she explained.
The Blast reported that she described the period as mentally and hormonally difficult, adding that it affected her differently after each pregnancy.
“Probably with my son, it was major baby blues,” Jenner said, explaining that she became unusually emotional over things that normally would not affect her as deeply. Despite those difficult periods, she eventually regained her confidence as both a woman and a mother.
