The young Afrobeats sensation and performing artiste has set a new and unmatched record on the Spotify Nigeria chart. On Friday, March 25, 2022, Rema discharged his maiden studio album tagged; “Rave & Roses”.

The sixteen tracked album houses single such as ‘Calm Down’, ‘Soundgasm’, ‘Addicted’, among others. Well, the album, ‘Rave & Roses’ has set a new record on the Spotify Nigeria Album Chart.

The album has returned to the number one position on the Spotify Nigeria Weekly Album Chart taking his total tally of weeks at number one to nine weeks which. This feat is the highest for any artist since the Spotify Nigeria chart was introduced in 2022. The album has also gathered over 50 Million streams on Boomplay.

The multifaceted recording and performing artiste has taken to his official social media page to announce the demise of his lovely mother as he published visuals to his song, ‘Kilo’ featuring Skiibii.
