Ondo govt constitutes committee for Fasoranti’s burial

The Ondo State Government has constituted a 13-member committee to ensure a befitting state burial for the late Afenifere leader, Pa Reuben Fasoranti.

The elder statesman, who passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 20 at the age of 100, contributed immensely to the development of Ondo State, Yorubaland and Nigeria.

This is contained in a statement made available to newsmen on Thursday in Akure by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Ebenezer Adeniyan.

The statement reiterated that the late nonagenarian deserved to be celebrated, even in death, for his life of service, wisdom, and selfless leadership.
