Nigerian author, Reno Omokri has reacted to the story about a Nigerian man who is a carpenter and wants to have not less than 40 children.
We made the report some hours ago and in our report, the man in based in Bauchi and within three weeks, he has welcomed his 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th child.
According to this polygamous man, it has always been his childhood dream to have many children adding that he will not rest until he achieves it.

Reacting to this, the former Nigerian presidential aide said the man’s idea about having many children is why African is very poor.
In his view, once it rains, Africans think of women, instead of agriculture. His post reads;
“The Bauchi carpenter who wants to have 40 kids is a symptom of why Africa is poor. In 1960, Nigeria’s population was 45 million. UK’s was 52 million. In 2021, Nigeria’s population is 200 million. UK’s is 67 million. Once it rains, Africans think of women, instead of agriculture!”
