The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has released the 2026 Batch ‘B’ Stream II deployment list for prospective corps members posted to Niger and Sokoto States.
The scheme announced the development in a statement shared on its verified X account on Sunday, confirming that affected prospective corps members can now access and print their call-up letters.
According to the NYSC, those deployed to the two states have been enabled to print their documents ahead of the commencement of the orientation exercise.
“2026 Batch ‘B’ Stream II Deployment has been released for Niger and Sokoto States.
“Prospective corps members posted to these states have been enabled to print their Call-Up Letters.”
The release of the deployment list comes days after the NYSC postponed the commencement of the orientation course in Niger and Sokoto States.
The scheme attributed the adjustment to ongoing renovation works at the orientation camps in the two states.
Following the extension, the orientation course is now scheduled to begin on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
The swearing-in ceremony will take place on Friday, August 14, while the orientation programme is expected to end with the closing ceremony on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

The NYSC said the revised schedule was necessary to allow the respective state governments to complete renovation works at the orientation camps before corps members arrive.
The scheme also advised prospective corps members heading to Niger and Sokoto States to plan their journeys carefully in line with the new schedule.
It specifically urged them to avoid travelling at night, stressing the importance of making adequate arrangements before embarking on their journeys to the orientation camps.
Prospective corps members affected by the deployment are therefore expected to print their call-up letters, take note of their reporting dates and make appropriate travel arrangements ahead of the commencement of the orientation exercise.
