MUSIC: Fireboy DML – Tattoo (Hometown Heroes Version)

Outstanding Nigerian afrobeat recording artiste and gifted songwriter, Fireboy DML performs his smash hit single; “Tattoo” for Hometown Heroes: Nigeria.

“Tattoo” is a record off his studio album; “Apollo”. The body of works which was released in August 2020 has amassed over 122 million views on streaming platform, Audiomack.

Fireboy DML, real name Adedamola Adefolahan is signed to YBNL Nation, a record label founded by Nigerian rapper Olamide. In 2019, he dropped his first studio album, “Laughter, Tears And Goosebumps”.

Fireboy DML won the most promising act of the year at the City People Music Awards in 2019. His second studio album , “Apollo” was released in 2020.

At the Headies 2020, Fireboy’s first album, “Laughter, Tears And Goosebumps” won the Best R&B Album. “Apollo” album won the album of the year and best pop album. His song, “Tattoo” also bagged an award for the best R&B Single.
