The Yoruba Nollywood industry experiences a delightful moment, with veteran actors Yinka Quadri and Taiwo Hassan, also known as Ogogo, finally resolving their differences.
Their friendship was strained by an anonymous blogger named Gistlover some years ago. The situation escalated when Yinka Quadri did not attend Shaki’s wedding and naming ceremony, leading to a public fallout.
However, online videos captured the heartwarming moment when the actors embraced each other during Yomi Fabiyi‘s birthday celebration.
In one clip, Yinka Quadri was seen on stage generously tipping the band singer, with Taiwo Hassan (Ogogo) joining in, symbolizing their renewed bond as they embraced in a hug.
Many expressed surprise that the two had been at odds and praised them for handling the situation with maturity.
It is worth noting that amid a longstanding rivalry for Box Office supremacy, Toyin Abraham and Funke Akindele also reconciled.
The two actresses resolved their differences when Toyin celebrated Funke on her birthday, and she reciprocated the gesture.
As a clear sign of their renewed friendship, Toyin also attended Funke Akindele’s movie premiere for “She Must Be Obeyed.”
