A man has been captured on a CCTV camera stealing outdoor lamp holders on a fence in broad daylight while going group picking up scrap metals.

In the video, the young man was seen with a huge sack going around picking up plastics and scrap metals when he chanced on the lamp holders on the fence.
After realizing no one was watching him, he quickly confiscated the lamp holders on the fence and bolted with them.
The owner of the house after watching the video stated that the guy needs to be arrested and she is very sure he would return to the same spot wearing the same outfit some other day.
