Mac G provides closure on JazziDisciples’ Split.
JazziDisciples were one of the main groups that started the Amapiano culture and propelled it to really great heights. As one of the founders and pioneers of the sound fans were very disappointed when the duo made up of Mr JazziQ and Josiah De Disciple decided to split. In their announcement, they cited the need to focus on their solo careers as the reason for their breakup. Though dissatisfied, fans finally began to accept the reality that the Disciples of Piano were no more and had to move on. However, in an interesting twist of events, podcast host Mac G revealed in his latest show that a woman was behind it all.
According to Mac G (who said it was all speculation) Josiah and Mr JazziQ were involved with the same woman, who later had his baby. The former apparently caught feelings at some point and decides to focus on his personal life. His decision did not go down well with the group and unable to settle their differences, both men decided to go their separate ways.
