Former Kano State Governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has congratulated the presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Obi, on his 65th birthday, describing him as a man of integrity, humility and unwavering commitment to Nigeria’s development.
