In 2020, Roiland’s former girlfriend who is said to be a lady named Jane Doe filed a complaint and put criminal charges against him. As per the complaint file, the violence took place on January 19, 2020, and four months later, Jane filed a case.

Soon after the agenda reached the court, Justin was arrested, and in August, he was released from prison on a $50,000 bond. Later in October arraignment, he pleaded not guilty to all the charges that his partner accused him of. Regarding his innocence, his attorney told the Daily Mail,

‘To be clear, not only is Justin innocent but we also have every expectation that this matter is on course to be dismissed once the District Attorney’s office has completed its methodical review of the evidence.

‘We look forward to clearing Justin’s name and helping him move forward as swiftly as possible.’

Has Justin And His Former Beau’s Matter Solved?

Coming up to 2023, Justin and his former beau’s matter has been dismissed by the court. On March 22, 2023, he shared a post on his Instagram which said,

I have always known that these claims were false…..I’m thankful that this case has been dismissed but, at the same time, I’. still deeply shaken by horrible lies……
