I’ll protest naked at next Headies if Erigga doesn’t win award – Man warns organisers

A Nigerian man has called on Headies organisers to give the ‘Best Rap album’ award to Erigga next year or risk being humiliated.

He said that the rapper’s newly released ‘Lost Boy’ album deserves to win an award at the 16th Headies because it has been stamped by streaming numbers, talent and the streets.

The fan also stated that Afrobeats singer, Davido endorsed the project in a video he posted on social media.

OBO had taken to his IG page to share a clip of him bumping to ‘L With V’s (Louis Vuitton) off Erigga’s new album and revealed that he loved the song.

Speaking on what will happen if the Hip Hop artiste is cheated out of winning an award, the fan said he would strip and protest on the Headies stage next year.

According to him, the drama that Portable displayed during this year’s edition will be nothing compared to what he’ll do.

He also warned that if the protest does not yield the intended result, whoever receives the Best Hip Hop album would be accosted outside the venue and the plaque would be collected from him.

Meanwhile, Erhiga Agarivbie popularly known as Erigga recently made a passionate appeal to internet fraudsters aka Yahoo Boys.

He cried out about the pressure of trying to keep up with the lavish lifestyle of Yahoo Boys being too much to handle.

Erigga hinted that their refusal to negotiate or bargain for items they wish to purchase and choosing to pay the exact price sellers fix their goods even though it is high is not helping others.

He made specific reference to polos and begged Yahoo Boys to make attempts at bargaining with the seller instead of just buying it at the stated price.

The artiste took to his official Twitter account to cry out in a series of tweets about how the fraudsters are ruining a lot.

Erigga further said that someone accused Yahoo Boys of making sure true love can never be found in Lagos.

He tweeted; ”Yahoo boys, na beg we dey make una try dey price polo. The pressure don too much ? very lost boys. One person say na still yahoo boys kill true love for lagos, Abeg how true is this ?”
