Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has wished all Nigerian Christians a merry Christmas and a prosperous new year.

In a post via his twitter page, the former president urged all Nigerians to seize the opportunity of another Christmas celebration to rededicate themselves and remain steadfast in prayers, to ensure peace in the country.

He tweeted: I urge all Nigerians to seize the opportunity of another Christmas celebration to rededicate themselves and remain steadfast in prayers, which have an immense impact on the peace, security, unity and stability of our dear nation.
