A lady has shared her decision not to have children, explaining that she does not see motherhood as part of the future she wants for herself.

In a video circulating on social media, the woman was seen having a conversation with her friends as she expressed her views about marriage, childbirth and the expectations placed on women.

During the discussion, she argued that some people get married because of the pressure to have children rather than because they genuinely desire marriage.
She also addressed the advice often given to young people that they would change their minds when they grow older, particularly when they reach the age of 25.
Explaining her personal decision, the woman said she does not consider herself suitable for motherhood because she is very self-centred and places her own needs first.
She suggested that she cares more about herself than anything else and does not want to take on the responsibilities that come with raising a child.
