How I handled my divorce brought about a happy conclusion, Toke Makinwa

According to DAILY POST, Makinwa and Ayida split up in 2015 after she allegedly learned that he had fathered a child with an ex-girlfriend.

Nollywood actress and media personality Toke Makinwa claims her subsequent success is a result of the way she handled herself during her divorce tragedy.

She added that after her 2015 marriage to Maje Ayida ended in divorce, different people had varied interpretations of what her marriage included.

On the most recent edition of her Toke Moments YouTube vlog series, she made this statement.

The actress said that she was traumatized as a result of being the victim and continuing to bear the guilt for their divorce.

I woke up to radio and television talking about me, the woman claimed. People had varying opinions about my marriage, how it operated, and perhaps even what they believed would have brought us to where we are now.

On Twitter, I was constantly trending, and people were saying the worst things. I mean, how am I being blamed for something that occurred to me? I couldn’t even stop it.
