How Chelsea Could Lineup With Moises Caicedo and 2 More Signings Next Season

The English Premier League came to an end a few weeks ago and numerous clubs in the league will venture into the transfer window to strengthen their squad. Chelsea football club will also be keen on adding more quality to their squad, despite spending hugely last summer in bringing in over five players to the team. The likes of Mudryk, Enzo Fernandez, and Joao Felix were some of their big-name signings while Christophe Nkunku will join this summer.

However, the Blues is yet to complete any official signing, but they are set to lose more players in their midfield area after N’golo Kante joined Saudi Arabia Pro League team Al-Ittihad. Mateo Kovacic is also moving closer to joining Manchester City, while Loftus Cheek is expected to leave the team. Chelsea is focusing on strengthening the department since they will lose a lot of players from that position.

They have identified Brighton and Hove Albion star Moises Caicedo as the perfect replacement for N’golo Kante. The Colombian possesses N’golo Kante’s quality and strength as he looks to succeed just like the Frenchman did. Apart from Caicedo, Declan Rice is also a target for the Blues. Declan is valued by West Ham United for £100m, but the Blues has the financial muscle to get the deal done.

Chelsea could also add a playmaker to the squad since it’s growing increasingly possible that Mason Mount could leave this summer. Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans is a cheaper option and can do the job perfectly for the Blues.
