The programme targets entrepreneurs in the North-West, who can participate remotely from their homes or offices with internet access available. It covers practical areas to help small businesses improve operations, manage finances, reach customers and expand.

Available courses include Accounting and Bookkeeping; Credit Management and Access to Finance; Marketing and Sales Techniques; Sustainability for Small Businesses; Business Scaling and Exporting; Business Branding and Communications; Women’s Entrepreneurship Mindset Toolkit; Human Resource Management; Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) Laws and Regulations; Project Management Principles for Small Businesses; and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Participants must complete at least four mandatory courses. The training is online and registration is free. The programme also includes selection for a physical workshop, where participants can pitch business ideas and compete for grants.
