The talented singer who is currently in the United States of America has linked up with renowned American DJ, songwriter and record producer, Diplo. This comes after CKay’s sold out concert in the states.

With the raving Nigerian act being a major force in the Afrobeats circles, it’s unclear whether a banger might be cooking. Recently, his song, ‘Love Nwantiti’ sold over 2 million units in the United States Of America.

This achievement makes CKay eligible for a Double-Platinum record. An album or a single is eligible for a Platinum award in the United States Of America after it has sold over a million copies.

Meanwhile; Nigerian-American based singer and songwriter, Sadiq Onifade, popularly called WurlD has revealed that, his new album, ‘My WorlD With U’ initially had a feature from South African female vocalist, Sho Madjozi on a song tagged; ‘Shine’ but later took off the ‘John Cena’ hit-maker.

The young outstanding singer and songwriter, WurlD in a recent interview disclosed that, he took Sho Madjozi off his nineteen tracked album due an attitude the songstress exhibited towards him.

WurlD is a distinctive Nigerian act with a unique approach to making music. He bagged a nomination for the best Diaspora Act at the Nigerian Entertainment in 2017 and also won the best male vocal performance at the Headies in 2019. He describes his style of music as electro-fusion.
