#BBNaija: Phyna slams ex-bestie, Amaka for not congratulating her

Phyna has slammed her colleague, Amaka for not congratulating her for winning the seventh edition of Big Brother Naija season 7.

Phyna called out her former bestie during her media rounds as she reacted to reports of Amaka making accusations in interviews.

The reality TV star said that she does not have any problem with and she is cool with her even though they fell out a result of their interests in Groovy.

Phyna stated that if the health care personnel has any problem with her, she should approch her and address the issues instead of slamming her online and during interviews.

She reiterated that irrespective of what may have happened between them, Amaka would just have to congratulate her because becoming a BBNaija winner is not an easy feat.

CorrectNG recalls that when Phyna was announced as the winner, Amaka took to her Instagram story and penned a mono-syllabic reacted which read; Congratulations.

In reaction, Phyna said that she sees Amaka as her friend, but she does not know if her former best friend feels the same way.

Their rift goes as far back as their time on the Level 2 house when Amaka accused Phyna of snatching Groovy from her.

She explained that Phyna was aware that she also liked him and there was agreement for the Edo-born hype lady to talk to Groovy on her behalf, but she ended up keeping him for herself.

Amaka stated this in the presence of Pharmsavi and Chizzy, as she noted that she is not going to turn it into a chaotic situation.

On hearing the allegation, Phyna exclaimed in shock while calling Amaka’s name as if she was telling a lie about her.

Amaka said; ”It is what it is… she went to get him for me and she now decided to have him for herself. I don’t want to think about it, let it just be the way it is, let it just slide.”
