Ange Postecoglou responds to Tottenham fans chanting about Arsenal during their defeat to Man City.

Throughout the game, chants aimed at Arsenal echoed, with some home fans even celebrating Erling Haaland’s goals that have effectively secured Manchester City’s position at the brink of yet another Premier League title.

When questioned about the chants directed at Arsenal, Spurs boss Postecoglou responded firmly, “Not interested mate. I don’t care. I’m just not interested mate. Maybe I’m out of step but I just don’t care.”

Reflecting on the atmosphere within the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, he remarked, “I just want to win and be successful at this football club, that’s why I was brought in. How other people feel and what other people’s priorities are is zero interest to me. I know what’s important – building a winning team, and that’s what I need to concentrate on.”

Looking ahead, Tottenham visit bottom-placed Sheffield United on the final day, needing a point to secure a fifth-place finish ahead of in-form Newcastle and Chelsea.
