A lady has sparked reactions online after claiming that men rarely ask women to define their relationships after intimacy.
The lady made the claim in a viral video while discussing the differences between how men and women approach love, relationships and marriage.
‘Men don’t actually go for love’
According to her, women are often the ones who ask questions about the status of a relationship after having sex.
“After the sex and everything, who always asks this question, please what are we? You can never hear a man ask a question, what are we? In my 33 years in life, I never hear a man say, what are we? It’s always bad because if a woman wants to build something, where the man?”
She also argued that men often consider whether a woman would be suitable for marriage rather than whether they genuinely love her.
“You said something about women thinks when you get to a certain age, they’ll get married. Likewise, the men. Okay, why I said likewise the men? You know, men don’t actually go for love.
“They go for a woman that fits the home. Yes. And when they see someone, they might have two ladies in their life so that they are dating and they’ll be like, ah, this one will fit us.
“When we push up, we’ll fit up. And hence, yes. But they don’t love that woman.”
‘It is more situational than true love’
The lady maintained that some men choose partners based on what they believe would work for their homes.
“They don’t love that woman. That’s what is the situation. So it is more situational than true love.
“Especially for the men. Especially for the men. Men don’t fit.
“The first thing that goes through men’s mind is who fits the home, not true love. We should be loyal. We should be loyal to women.
“We should be submissive. We should keep quiet when I’m talking. When I say yes, even if I’m wrong, we should say no. That’s it.
“So it’s more situational for men. Then for women, it’s more true love.”
