He said no one appreciated the virtues of loyalty and courage under fire and stood by those who had fought for and entered the heat of battle with him more than Tinubu. According to him, the president-elect is unlike Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and their divisive, garrulous supporters, saying he is not flippant.

Fani-Kayode, in a post on his social media handles, stated that Tinubu’s victory is for all Nigerians and that his objective is to carry everyone along and unite the country. In his words: “The notion that our President-elect cannot be trusted & is not faithful to his own is absurd. No one appreciates the virtues of loyalty and courage under fire and stands by those that have fought for and entered the heat of battle with him more than Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In a statement published on the Kremlin website, Putin said that the battle – the longest and bloodiest of the 15-month war – had ended in a Russian victory and that all those who had excelled in it on Moscow’s side would be given state awards.

“The Head of State congratulated Wagner’s assault groups, as well as all members of the units of the Russian Armed Forces who provided them with the necessary support and cover on their flanks, on the completion of the operation to liberate Artyomovsk (Bakhmut),” the statement said. “All those who distinguished themselves will be presented with state awards,” it said.

He made the remarks at the weekend while answering questions from journalists after a lecture titled: “Smart Infrastructure: Catalyst for Sustainable Development held at the Alfa Belgore Hall of the university by Prof Bamidele Adebisi of the University of Manchester.

Our naira is worthless, seek debt forgiveness.

According to an exclusive report by The Sun UK, this crackdown will be announced this week. The crackdown will see all master’s students and many other post-grads banned from bringing family over. However, the ban will not apply to Ph.D. students, whose courses usually last between 3 and 5 years and are very highly skilled, the UK meMediaouse reported.

This follows the reports that net migration into the UK has skyrocketed to 1 million with Tory MPs asking the Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, “to get a grip on the rocketing numbers.” To get a hold of the climbing numbers, UK ministers are said to be expected to announce the immigration clampdown on Tuesday or Wednesday.

She said the practice with its attendant negative health implications is a war that must be won, noting that government at all levels must join hands to ensure access to improved toilet facilities. Speaking at the launch of a sensitization campaign at the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) Home for the Needy Foundation, Uhogua, O North-East local government area of the State, on the theme, “Clean Nigeria-Use The Toilet”, she lamented that Nigeria still tops the global league of countries in which open defecation is prevalent.

Represented by the Director of Social Development, Taiwo Bashorun, the Minister noted that one of the key objectives of the campaign was advancing towards a culture of safe defecation and ending open defecation. “Additional data presented by UNICEF showed that an estimated 120 million people in the country lack access to improved sanitation facilities or facilities that hygienically separate human waste from human contact.
