In the early morning hours of August 12, 2019, a total of four suspects are said to have carried out an attack with incendiary devices on the state office of the FPÖ Lower Austria. He was sentenced to three and a half years in prison at the trial in 2020, which was not final, and a previously imposed prison sentence of seven months was also revoked.
