The 15 Best SA Songs of the Month (January) 2021

South African artists are at the top of their game again for 2021. They keep showing their fans how much they mean to them and keep delivering the vibes to keep the year going.

A lot of projects have been released from them at the beginning of the year. Artists like Blaklez, A-Reece, Black Coffee, Oskido, and a few more made their appearance so early and massive this year.

Filtering to the best, here are the top 15  South African songs that caught our attention this month.

1. A-Reece – Strictly For My Bitch: We all know how much hype he generates upon releasing or announcing a project. A-Reece opened the year from his side as post-production. He drops this as a message strictly for his Bi*ches in the best way he could.

2. Blaklez – Turn The Lights Off ft. PdotO: Blaklez made the history of being the first artist to release a Hip Hop project as he opened the year for the industry with his album titled Don’t Mind The BS.

3. Junior De Rocka & Lady Du – Catalia ft. Mr JazziQ, Mellow & Sleazy: This track caught the attention of fans when they saw Junior De Rocka move from Hip Hop to Amapiano and pulled the stunt featuring Mr JazziQ and Lady Du.

4. DJ Obza – Idlozi Lami ft. Nkosazana & DJ FreeTz: DJ Obza gave us a fresh cut as he dropped Idlozi Lami featuring Nkosazana and DJ FreeTz. DJ Obza came so creatively this year handling Amapiano in a different style to us. This track has been on the fan’s playlist and has worth the hype.

5. Emtee – Ithemba: As one of the artists to look out for this year, Emtee showed us what to expect as he dropped Ithemba as a new single. He also appeared on Ami Faku’s track which is still getting fans’ love.

6. Rayvanny – Bebe ft. Nasty C: Rayvanny with Nasty C made a nice collaboration on Bebe. The song came off Sounds From Africa by Rayvanny which also featured Rowlene on a track titled Baby.

7. Malome Vector – Nobody: Ambitiouz Entertainment artist, Malome Vector doffed his hat on this track Nobody. This makes it his first appearance for the year after he rounded up things last year on Habana Loka by Kid Tini.
