Dele Farotimi, a lawyer, has spoken about the appointment of Reno Omokri as Nigeria’s ambassador to Mexico by President Bola Tinubu
In a video Dele Farotimi shared, he said because of Omokri’s past comments about drug cartels, Tinubu should ensure that Omokri is well protected in his new diplomatic post.
Farotimi said Tinubu should provide Omokri with strong security measures in Mexico. He stated that Omokri should be given bulletproof cars and bulletproof vests.
In Farotimi’s words: “You sent Omokri to Mexico after he had been busy running his teeth about drug cartels. Oh well, he had better made sure that that one has a lot of bulletproof cars and vests in that place that he has gone to.
