World Cup 2026: ‘Tom Brady of France’ – Thierry Henry, Zlatan Ibrahimovic on Olise

Fox Sports pundits Thierry Henry and Zlatan Ibrahimovic have hailed France winger as the ‘Tom Brady of France’.

DAILY POST reports that Brady is an American former professional football quarterback who played in the National Football League, NFL, for 23 seasons.

Henry and Ibrahimovic were speaking after France defeated Morocco 2-0 in the World Cup quarter-final encounter on Thursday at Boston Stadium.

“I want to talk about the pass of Michael Olise,” Henry said. “As soon as you get the ball, it’s over.

“We are here in Foxborough … Tom Brady, that is one of your loop passes in between. This team is very good,” he said.

“He [Olise] did amazing again,” Ibrahimovic added. “He was the point guard. The Tom Brady of France today.”

Olise is yet to score a goal for France at the World Cup, but he has provided five assists.
