Zenith Bank Plc has opened multiple channels for Nigerians at home and abroad seeking to participate in the Initial Public Offering of Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals.

The bank, which is a receiving bank and designated electronic application channel for the offer, said prospective investors can subscribe through its website, mobile app, internet banking, USSD, corporate internet banking platforms and any of its branches nationwide.

The channels are supported by Zenith Bank’s network of 456 branches and 84 cash centres, providing investors with access to the offer from different locations.

According to the bank, prospective subscribers can initiate their applications digitally from anywhere in the world or complete the process at any Zenith Bank branch.

Every subscription is linked to the investor’s Bank Verification Number to support identity verification and security throughout the application and allotment process.

Applications for the offer are expected to open on Monday, September 14, 2026, and run for 30 days, closing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

The shares are being offered at ₦525 each, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares valued at ₦5,250, according to the prospectus.

The offer seeks to raise ₦2.15 trillion, which would make it the largest equity offering undertaken on the African continent.

The prospectus also provides that retail investors who subscribe and hold their shares may qualify for bonus shares under the Retail Investor Incentive Programme, subject to regulatory approvals.

Zenith Bank said its digital infrastructure and extensive physical network were designed to provide investors with a secure and convenient route to participate in the offer.

The bank said its experience in handling large-scale financial transactions, alongside its recent technological upgrades, has further strengthened its capacity to process applications across its digital and physical channels.

Within the wider transaction, Quantum Zenith Capital & Investments Limited is among the joint issuing houses, while Zenith Bank is serving as a Receiving Bank and electronic application channel.

The bank said investors can participate by opening or funding existing Zenith Bank accounts and making payments through its electronic platforms before the offer closes on October 13, 2026.

Interested investors are advised to review the details contained in the prospectus and comply with applicable regulations. Where necessary, investors may also seek independent professional advice before subscribing.

Zenith Bank said its channels remain available to investors seeking to participate in the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals offer.
