Peller’s mansion gift: N400 million is like N400 to me — Real estate mogul

Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has said the N400 million mansion he gifted TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, popularly called Jarvis, is a “small gift” considering the scale of his business.

Ochacho made the remarks during a TikTok livestream on Monday, two days after the couple’s star-studded wedding in Lagos.

Dismissing the idea that the property was an extravagant gift, the founder of Ochacho Real Homes said N400 million holds little value to him.

“N400 million is not money. N400 million is just like N400 to me. As far as Ice King, Money Man and Ochacho Real Estate are concerned, it is small money,” he said.

The businessman explained that he decided to honour Peller because of the content creator’s personality, describing him as a generous and kind-hearted individual.

“Peller has a very good heart. Whenever we give, God replenishes it and restores double of what we have because we give,” he added.

Ochacho also revealed that the Abuja mansion would be the least valuable gift he intends to give Peller, promising even bigger surprises in the future.

“That house is going to be the smallest gift I will ever give to Peller. The next gift will be much bigger. People should just wait and see,” he said

Aside from the wedding gift, the real estate mogul announced a scholarship initiative to mark the upcoming birthday of his son, Ice King.

He said students with outstanding school fees would be considered for financial support, adding that payments would be made directly to their schools after verification.

“Ice King will be 13 in a few days. If you have unpaid school fees and a genuine school account, we will pay the fees directly to your school. We will select beneficiaries from different parts of the country on Thursday,” he said.

Ochacho added that his family was fully prepared to carry out the initiative.

The businessman had announced the N400 million mansion during Peller and Jarvis’ wedding reception, saying the property in Abuja was a gift from him and his children.

The announcement drew cheers from guests and quickly went viral across social media platforms.

The wedding was attended by several celebrities and influencers, including Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus, Nons Miraj, Zinoleesky, Papaya Ex, Cute Abiola, Soso Soberekon, Purple Speedy and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.

The mansion fulfilled a promise Ochacho made months earlier during the wedding of entertainment executive Soso Soberekon, where he publicly pledged to gift Peller a house as a wedding present.
