Organisers of the public presentation of the book ‘Tinubu: From Renewed Hope to Despair: A Critical Examination of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Government’ have rescheduled the event to Abuja following cancellation of their booking at Arewa House, Kaduna.
In a notice issued by the Executive Director, Abubakar Siddique Mohammed, the organisers said the presentation will now hold at the Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja.
The event was originally scheduled to take place at Arewa House, Kaduna.
According to the statement, the rescheduling followed the cancellation of the booking by the management of Arewa House and difficulties encountered in securing an alternative venue in Kaduna.
The presentation will now take place on Friday, 16 October, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. prompt at the Yar’Adua Centre.
The organisers said the event will provide an opportunity for distinguished scholars, public intellectuals, policymakers, political actors, members of the media and the wider public to engage with issues raised in the book and reflect on governance, democratic practice and national development in contemporary Nigeria.
They invited members of the public, the academic community, civil society organisations, political leaders and the media to attend.
