Northern Nigeria Flour Mills Declares 25 Kobo Dividend at 53rd AGM

Northern Nigeria Flour Mills Plc (NNFM Plc) has approved a final dividend of 25 kobo per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The resolution was passed at the company’s 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Bristol Palace Hotel, Kano.

Key Resolutions Passed

  1. Financial Statements
    Shareholders received and approved the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, alongside the reports of the Directors, Auditors, and Audit Committee.

  2. Dividend Declaration
    A final dividend of 25 kobo per share, amounting to ₦44.55 million, was approved for distribution to shareholders.

  3. Re-election of Directors
    The following directors, who retired by rotation and offered themselves for re-election, were returned to the board:

    • Alhaji Sani Umar

    • Alhaji Sadiq Usman

    • Alhaji Auwalu Muktari

  4. Auditors’ Remuneration
    Directors were authorized to determine the remuneration of the external auditors.

  5. Statutory Audit Committee
    Shareholders re-elected the following representatives:

    From the Board, Alhaji Sani Umar and Alhaji Auwalu Muktari were nominated to serve on the committee.
