MTN Nigeria Communications Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public of its upcoming Board of Directors meeting to review and approve the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ending September 30, 2025.
According to the company, the meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 29, 2025, during which the financial results and other agenda items will be considered.
In compliance with the NGX post-listing requirements, MTN Nigeria further announced that it will commence a Closed Period on September 30, 2025.
The restriction will remain in effect until 24 hours after the company’s financial statements are officially released to the public.
During this period, insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in the company’s securities in any manner.
