Late Mohbad’s wife, Wunmi, reacts after pathologist said cause of singer’s death could not be ascertained

Wunmi Aloba, the widow of Mohbad, has finally spoken out after the pathologist revealed that the cause of her husband’s death remains unknown.

Mohbad, whose real name is Ilerioluwa Aloba, tragically passed away under suspicious circumstances on September 12, 2023.

In response to the outcry for justice from Nigerians, his body was exhumed on September 21 to conduct an autopsy and determine the cause of death. However, the pathologist’s testimony during a coroner’s inquest on Wednesday, May 15, revealed that the singer’s body had already deteriorated significantly, making it impossible to establish the cause of death.

During the hearing, a witness also mentioned the singer’s issues with Sam Larry and Wunmi.

Following these developments, Wunmi, who is the mother of Mohbad’s son, took to her Instagram Stories and shared a blank, dark page as a symbol of her grief.

She also shared a photo of Mohbad and wrote: “Ilerioluwa masun (do not sleep)”
