A popular Nollywood actress, Biola Fowosere has opened up about the challenges she experienced in her marriage to her ex-husband.
The actress became emotional as she talked about her ex-husband leaving her and their children. She said she does not think she did anything to deserve it and wishes she could ask him why he left.
She explained that after they separated, she suffered from severe depression and spent a year and a half in the hospital trying to recover.
She also said they have not had any contact with her ex-husband since he left. He blocked them seven years ago and has not seen or spoken to them since.
“The only person I’d really want to ask a question is my ex-husband. I’d really like to ask him what I did wrong because I did nothing before he left me and the kids. I want to ask what my children and I did to deserve what he did to us,” she said.
“I spent one year and six months in the hospital battling depression after he left. I almost ran mad. We are not in contact. Since he left, we haven’t seen him. He blocked us seven years ago.”
