Francesca Farago really wants to put all the discourse surrounding her physique to rest!
The Canadian TV personality is once again shutting down offensive comments about her appearance as she continues her postpartum journey raising twins with her fiancé Jesse Sullivan.
Francesca Farago had previously revealed that she welcomed twins, Locket and Poetry, via emergency cesarean section in November 2024 after medics noticed complications.
The media personality kept it very simple on her TikTok account with a video addressing people with the most to say about her body. According to Farago, women who really mean well for other women will not choose to talk down to other women’s bodies when they are going through the postpartum phase.
She shared a clip of herself running around the yard with her two kids dressed in bright yellow outfits. Farago’s post spurred hundreds of discussions in the comment section, with some people telling her to stop milking the postpartum line.
However, some users warned the critics to mind their business, adding that the postpartum journey is personal to everyone and society must never undermine it.
“Y’all need to relax; women’s bodies change while being postpartum. My cousin who was already skinny became even skinnier after having her first kid naturally. She ate normally and even tried to gain weight and just couldn’t. Stop assuming,” this user noted.
Other TikTokers encouraged Farago to ignore the terrible things about her body and focus on her blessings with the understanding that getting back to one’s body before the baby takes time and loads of patience.

Amid the chaos, Farago took the time to set the record straight about a commenter who alleged she was normalizing eating disorders on a platform where young kids have access to it.
The commenter reminded Farago that these teenagers and kids are consuming the postpartum content that often hides dangerous rhetoric. Farago immediately corrected this assertion, writing:
“This is such a dangerous take. Me simply existing in my body & posting my normal life is not promoting an ED.”
The model continued that she does not share weight loss tips on her page, nor do she and other women owe the internet a certain body size in order to exist publicly.
Farago’s comment section represents a classic example of how certain beauty standards, which have been normalized, have shaped public perception about people’s bodies.
Stars Who Have Spoken Up Against Body Shaming Trends In Hollywood
3According to US Weekly, Farago is not the first or last Hollywood personality to have unsolicited comments about their bodies from overzealous internet fans. In 2021, rapper Cardi B came to Lizzo‘s defense against body shamers after the latter admitted that trolls were getting the best of her following the release of her new song.
The same year, reality star Erika Jayne also clapped back at social media users who wondered why she was looking so toned down while running errands. According to Jayne, the uproar surrounding her looks was unnecessary because she did not have to appear all glammed up when pumping gas.
John Legend‘s wife, Chrissy Teigen, also spoke up against critics in 2019 who came after her body came under scrutiny when a picture of her wearing a swimsuit inspired a body-shaming meme. The model warned the body shamers to back off and stop keeping tabs on her figure to see whether she augmented a thing or two.
“Bachelor in Paradise” alum Amanda Stanton also came for internet users who claimed she had an eating disorder when she shared a before-and-after picture of her workout journey in 2018.
Kathryn Dennis, in the same year, also replied to a commenter who claimed she looked pregnant in a Thanksgiving post, clarifying that she only gained weight.
The Online Influencer Detailed Chaotic Hours Before Emergency C-Section With Twins
Farago’s postpartum journey began after she had her twins. Still, the journey to welcoming them was not the easiest because mounting complications from the pregnancy led to a doctor-advised emergency birthing process.
E! News shared that doctors became concerned about restricted growth in their son and a notable decrease in his fetal movement. She had complained of an itchy palm, which doctors assessed and promptly discharged her from, until it recurred, prompting their arrival on November 11, 2024, where things became fast-paced.
Farago said doctors discovered that their son had almost no amniotic fluid remaining, prompting her medical team to decide the twins needed to be delivered immediately. As her obstetrician arrived and preparations were made for surgery, she recalled being barely able to make sense of what was happening,
Farago admitted she had been frightened by how quickly pregnancy complications could become serious. But even in the chaos, the reality star managed to briefly enter content-creator mode as she had asked doctors if she could make a few quick TikTok videos.
Francesca Farago Detailed The Harrowing Tolls Of IVF Treatments On The Road To Parenthood
3Long before Farago and her fiancé welcomed their twins, the duo faced an emotionally and physically demanding fertility journey. The Blast reported that the couple had opened up about how they began having conversations about starting a family a few months into their relationship.
The path eventually led them to In Vitro Fertilization, with both Farago and Sullivan undergoing fertility treatment. This experience was more exhausting both mentally and physically than they both anticipated.
Farago explained that the process involved repeated appointments, blood tests, and ultrasounds before daily hormone injections began. Sullivan reportedly required a higher hormone dose because he had fewer eggs available and also temporarily stopped taking testosterone to improve his chances during treatment.
Despite the challenges, the couple successfully created 18 embryos using their chosen sperm donor, 15 from Farago’s eggs and three from Sullivan’s. Farago later admitted that the hormonal treatment took a significant emotional toll, leaving her exhausted, bloated and in mood swings.
Sullivan, meanwhile, said his previous experience navigating hormonal changes helped him better understand some of the emotional swings that came with IVF.
Hopefully Francesca Farago never has to deal with those ill comments anymore!
