EFCC Declares Two Directors Of Oasis Vivacity Global Limited Wanted Over Alleged Fraud

The anti-graft agency made the declaration in separate notices issued on Wednesday and signed by its Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared two directors of Oasis Vivacity Global Limited, Victoria Chidinma Nwachukwu and Oluwatosin Osasona Adekunle, wanted over alleged conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence and fraudulent diversion of funds.

The anti-graft agency made the declaration in separate notices issued on Wednesday and signed by its Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale.

Nwachukwu, a 31-year-old woman from Imo State, is wanted in connection with an alleged case involving conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence and fraudulent diversion of funds.

According to the EFCC, Nwachukwu’s last known address is House No. 3, Millennium Estate, Alhaji Gbenga Ashafa Street, Gbagada, Lagos State.

The Commission also declared Adekunle wanted over the same alleged offences.

Adekunle, 32, is a male from Ekiti State and is also identified as being associated with Oasis Vivacity Global Limited. His last known address, according to the EFCC, is House No. 3, Millennium Estate, Alhaji Gbenga Ashafa Street, Gbagada, Lagos State.

The EFCC urged members of the public with useful information that could lead to the whereabouts of either suspect to contact the Commission at any of its offices in Ibadan, Uyo, Sokoto, Maiduguri, Benin, Makurdi, Kaduna, Ilorin, Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Gombe, Port Harcourt or Abuja.

The Commission also provided a dedicated telephone number, 08093322644, for information on the suspects.
