CORE, OilDynamix seal partnership to transform Africa’s mining, energy sector

Core International (CORE) and OilDynamix Ltd have entered into a strategic partnership that combines OilDynamix/Skygeotech’s advanced Thermovision Tomography (TVT) technology with CORE’s digital marketing platform, creating an end-to-end service for project developers and investors.

The collaboration, which began with a handshake at the African Natural Resources and Energy Investment Summit (AFNIS), is positioned to reshape Africa’s mining and energy landscape.

Suleiman Zakari, Managing Partner at Core International, said the firm has, for decades, built a reputation in the mining sector by curating a global database of industry stakeholders and promoting natural resource projects to financial institutions, trading houses, and government-backed companies.

According to him, the new alliance tackles a major challenge at the start of every project: generating and validating reliable data.

Through the partnership, project developers will now be able to:

“Our platform and mission have always been about connecting projects with the right partners, whether government or private sector, but this partnership takes our service to a new level,” Zakari said.
“By integrating data obtained from OilDynamix/Skygeotech technology, we can now help clients from the very beginning of their journey—from generating reliable data to packaging it with expertise and promoting it with complete confidence. This is a game-changer for project developers, marking a new era for mining development on the continent.”

The partnership’s vision extends beyond Nigeria. Both companies are already in discussions with governments in Liberia, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Botswana, Somalia, and The Gambia to roll out the service, aiming to inject efficiency and transparency into mining exploration and investment across Africa.

Vincent Amu, Founder and CEO of OilDynamix Ltd, expressed optimism about the collaboration. “In order to succeed in this industry, one needs very good collaboration; otherwise, it is going to be an uphill task. I am therefore excited about this partnership between OilDynamix and Core International—it is going to be a dream come true.”

Looking ahead, CORE and OilDynamix plan to further enhance the platform by integrating artificial intelligence to match projects with the most suitable investors, solidifying their role as leaders in the digital transformation of Africa’s natural resources sector.
