The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted bail to Abubakar Malami, former attorney general and minister of justice, his wife, Hajia Bashir Asabe, and his son, Abubakar Abdulaziz Malami, in the sum of ₦500 million.
Delivering the judgment, Justice Emeka Nwite stipulated that the two sureties must possess landed property in Asokoro, Maitama, or Gwarinpa.
The judge further ordered that the sureties submit their travelling documents to the court.
