Abode, Africa’s tech-driven real estate and shared prosperity company, has allocated more than 400 plots of land to clients at its GreenCity Mega Farm Estate on its drive to boost property ownership.
At the allocation ceremony, clients officially received their documents, which is a moment the brand described as ‘a transition from dreaming about land ownership to experiencing it in reality’.
“This fifth allocation in 2025 shows that we are not slowing down. At Abode, we don’t just sell land, we deliver trust, shared prosperity, and tangible value,” Jeffrey Itepu, co-founder and chief executive officer of Abode, said.
“Our vision is to empower more Africans, both locally and in the diaspora, to own, profit, and build wealth through real estate,” he stated.
Damilare Oshokoya, co-founder and chief operating officer of Abode, said GreenCity Mega Farm Estate represents more than just property ownership.
“With GreenCity, investors are not only acquiring land but also securing a future in a development positioned for growth, sustainability, and long-term value,” he said.
Abode has had an active 2025, holding multiple land allocations across estates, including Woodgate Prime, Rockville, Empire Park, and The District.
The company noted that each allocation strengthens its reputation for transparency, consistency, and community building.
Abode reiterated its mission of making real estate ownership not just a privilege for a few but an accessible pathway to prosperity for many.
