Research Claims Half Of People Of People With Sore Throats, Runny Nose And Headache Are Likely To Have COVID-19

According to new research about the Omicron virus, people who have sore throat, runny nose and a headache are likely to be positive for COVID-19.

The Zoe Covid study team, a group of UK researchers, claims to have been following the epidemic using public feedback and currently estimates that half of patients with cold-like symptoms have Covid.

They say the new Omicron type has caused a “explosion” of Covid cases in the previous week.

Take a Covid test if you experience cold-like symptoms, according to lead scientist Prof Tim Spector.

“The number of new symptomatic cases has exploded over the last week,” he said.

“For most people, an Omicron positive case will feel much more like the common cold, starting with a sore throat, runny nose and a headache. You only need to ask a friend who has recently tested positive to find this out.

“We need to change public messaging urgently to save lives.”

On Wednesday, December 22, 106,122 fresh cases of the COVID-19 were recorded in UK surpassing the 100,000 recorded on a single for the very first time.

Offset clocked 30 on Dec. 14, 2021. A party to commemorate the birthday took place on the night of December 21 in Los Angeles. The famous rapper presented a handsome gift to her husband in the midst of friends and family.

Cardi B gave Offset a whooping sum of $2 million as his birthday gift.
