A Big Brother Naija ‘Shine ya eyes’ housemate named Maria Chike Benjamin is expecting her first child. The reality actress, who is dating Dubai businessman Kevin, recently announced the happy development on her Instagram page.

 In a post on Instagram of herself showing her growing baby bulge, Maria said that this new chapter is called blessed. She proclaimed her eagerness to meet her bundle of joy as she voiced her enthusiasm over her new blessing. “The title of this chapter is Blessed. We are so excited to meet you and have so much love and happiness in our hearts”.

But this has come as a distaste to some Netizens. In a post made by a particular Netizen who identifies as Ameba Patrick, the reality actress hurled curse words, wishing her complications. The vile words written by the Netizens: “That baby will never come out safe. Even if it does, it will be cured. You can’t make someone feel hurt, and you will be happy. Either you will die in the delivery room or the baby will die.

And as such, it has elicited a response from the actress. Although not expected, it showed the great maturity that the actress possessed. Instead of paying in equal coins, the actress actually prayed for the Netizens. Her response: I don’t know who hurt you, but I Pray that God heals your disturbed soul. I pray that some day you can love yourself, because I’m sure God loves you the most! But I put this to you. It is written: My baby and I will FOREVER be safe and blessed. I forgive you for your words because you know no better. Nothing, and I emphasize Nothing, will happen to me.

Recall a controversial issue that occurred a while back in which Obi Cubana’s chief priest called out the Reality actress for snatching his sister’s husband, for whom she’s presently pregnant. Although she came out and cleared the air, she wasn’t responsible for stealing anyone’s husband. On this sentiment, the Netizens stood and hurled curse words.
