PDP and LP’s cases should be dropped as Tinubu is already surpassing expectation – Dr Lilian Ogbole
In a surprising turn of events, Dr Lilian Ogbole, the National Coordinator of the Coalition of Civil Society Organizations for Tinubu and Shettima, has called for the dropping of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Labour Party’s (LP) cases. In an interview with Arise Television, she emphasized the need to prioritize national interest and the development of Nigeria over unnecessary distractions.
Dr Ogbole expressed her admiration for President Tinubu, stating that he has exceeded expectations since assuming office. Her statement comes at a time when the country is witnessing a significant shift in political dynamics and increasing anticipation for the upcoming elections.
While the call to drop the cases against the opposition parties may raise eyebrows, proponents argue that it will save valuable time and enable a greater focus on national progress. As Nigeria strives for development and stability, the role of the civil society organizations becomes crucial in shaping the future of the nation.
