REPORTS: West Ham name price for Declan Rice amid interest from Arsenal football club this summer

The 24-year-old England International, who gained promotion to the West Ham United first-team squad back in 2017 has proven to be an important member of the squad in recent seasons.

The young defensive midfielder was hugely influential for West Ham United during the 2022/2023 season where he scored five goals and created four assists in 50 appearances and helping West Ham United win the UEFA Europa Conference League trophy.

His excellent performances in midfield is believed to have caught the attention of Arsenal and according to reports from The Sun, the Gunners are keen on signing him.

The reports further claimed that West Ham United are very much aware of Arsenal’s interest in Declan Rice and have now the Gunners to pay £110million in order to sign him.

It is believed that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is determined to add more quality to his midfield options ahead of the new season and signing Declan Rice is the number one priority.

However, it remains to be seen if Arsenal football club will be able to pay the demanded £110million in order to secure the transfer of Declan Rice from West Ham United in the summer.
