This was said by Brig Gen Ahmed in an interview that aired on Friday morning’s breakfast show of Arise TV.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s Mbah, who ran for governor of Enugu in 2023, was pronounced the winner.

In his lawsuit against the NYSC, the governor-elect sought N20 billion in damages for injuries he claimed to have had as a result of the controversy surrounding his certificate.

The issue gained attention in February 2023 when the NYSC published a letter claiming that the certificate provided to the Independent National Electoral Commission was not issued by them in response to a request from a non-governmental organization.

“He came to me and I called my director to confirm his certificate and we discovered that the certificate was even fake and we told him,” the DG stated during the Arise TV interview.I’m curious about how elites who attended school will use certifications from the underground market.

Everyone is aware that the NYSC doesn’t issue certificates in homes or hotels.
