A guy I just met made me cook for myself when I visited his place – Lady seeks advice

A Nigerian lady has narrated what happened when she visited a guy she started getting to know of recent.

According to her, they have been chatting for sometime and he decided to invite her to his house.

She was hungry but there was no food in his house so the guy asked her to cook what she will eat by herself.

The man instructed her to make plantain and chicken, so she entered the kitchen, however when she cut, he countd each piece and cautioned her against taking out of them.

The lady thought he was joking so she ate 3 pieces of the plantain she fried and this angered the guy when he discovered she did not listen to his instruction.

She apologised and offered to fry more plantain but he lashed out at her and talked about how costly food is in the market.

She was confused about his behaviour and went online to get the opinion of social media users.

”Started talking to this new guy, he invited me over so I went to his house for the 1st time. I was hungry and there was no food so he asked me to cook. He said I should make plantain and chicken.

When I cut the plantains he came to count it, he said so I don’t take out of it. I thought he was joking till I ate 3 while I was cooking. He came to count again when I was serving the food and he got very angry that I ate 3 out of it.

I apologized and said I can fry one more plantain to make up for it and he went off about his food stuff is now expensive. And insisted 3 would be from my portion. Is this a red flag? “
