My dating life has been chaotic – Fireboy DML

Nigerian singer, Adedamola Adefolahan, whose stage name is Fireboy DML, has opened up about the complexities of his relationship life.

The ‘Peru’ hit maker revealed that his dating life is chaotic and he has mostly been involved in situationships.

According to Fireboy, he’s been give a series of labels which range from being emotionally unavaialable, and toxic. He, however, revealed that he is not single, neither is he in a relationship.

Meanwhile, the YBNL artiste had earlier made clarifications that he is not a playboy as being widely believed.

Speaking in an interview with media personality, Ehiz on Apple Music Africa Now, he explained the idea behind his new album title, “playboy”.

The singer who recently released his third studio album named Playboy, issued a disclaimer that he is not a playboy.

According to Fireboy, he gave the album that name to pass a message that he is about to come out from his shell, play and have fun like never before.

He noted that he’s been shying away from it in the past three years of his career, but now he’s set to step into the superstar element.

In his words; “I want to put a disclaimer, it is not the kind of playboy everybody thinks. It is just a young man that decided to come out of his shell to play, to have fun, experience life, to step into his superstar element.

I’ve been shying away from it the past three years as a blown established artist, I think its time for me to step out of shell to enjoy the fame I’ve worked for over the past few years”.
