“I Will Be Surprised If My Album Is Not Nominated For Best Album Of The Year At VGMAs Next Year”-Ras Kuuku

Award-winning Ghanaian dancehall musician, Kojo Kurankye, widely known as Ras Kuuku has stated that he will be thrown into a state of shock if his album fails to make it to the Album of the year category in next year’s edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

Speaking in an interview with the ace broadcaster, Andy Dosty on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz, Ras Kuuku stated that his album has got what it takes for it to be nominated in that category and he hopes to see that.

Ras Kuuku whiles reviewing his album with the pundits stated that the masterpiece features some of the big names in Ghana’s music like Fameye, Kuami Eugene, Y-Pee, and others who brought their A-game to the songs they collaborated on.

“If I don’t see this album in the Album of the Year category next year, I will be shocked,” he said.

In other news, Gregory Nii Bortey Newman, affectionately known as King Promise has finally reacted to rumors of having a clandestine relationship with the beautiful media personality, Serwaa Amihere.

According to the singer, he has never engaged in any intimate relationship whatsoever with Serwaa Amihere because she’s just a good friend to him as far as he knows.

Speaking in an interview with Deloris Frimpong Manso on Delay Show, King Promise stated that he has known the beautiful screen-goddess for quite a while now and has a good cordial relationship with her.

“Serwaa is a beautiful lady, I’m not gonna act like I don’t know her because I’ve known her for a while now and we are close and cool”, he said.

However, he said he does not owe anyone an explanation about his relationship with Serwaa Amihere, hence anyone can think whatever they feel like thinking about them.
