Naira Marley to sign rising Ghanaian artiste to his record label

Nigerian rapper and music label boss, Naira Marley, has expressed interest in signing rising Ghanaian music act Lasmid to Marlian Music.

He made this known during an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, saying that he is impressed with the new set of artistes coming up in Ghana.

The ‘Tesumole’ crooner said; “There are a lot of new Ghanaian artistes coming up that are serious and there are some of them I am trying to sign. I think they are already signed but I would really like to sign some of them”.

Lasmid hit the limelight when he emerged winner of the MTN Hitmaker music reality show in Ghana.

Naira Marley commended Lasmid and said he enjoys his music, adding that he would like to sign him to Marlian Music alongside Zinoleesky and Mohbad.

He said; “I am looking at a couple of young artistes I can sign. Lasmid is hard. The kid is really good.”
